The Hall Senior School, Hampstead, London

Censeo Consulting prepared the single stage tender for this secondary school redevelopment in Hampstead, London.

The project included the demolition of an existing 1980’s extension, the construction of a contiguous piled basement and a new 3 storey teaching building extension.

Internal areas of the existing building were also stripped and refurbished including replacement windows, new sections of replacement roof structure & roof finishes and new internal fit out.

The BOQ was measured in phases by our sister company Cen QS Consulting to follow the programme of the works which were to be carried out in a live site.
