Rose Stand Hotel, Manchester

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this circa £22m hotel and stand for Lancashire cricket club.

Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
The D&B Project included the construction of a new six storey building comprising of a four storey hotel, members lounge including kitchen, public health and amenity spaces, link to the existing hotel and new stand extension.
The scheme included the construction of new 100 bed hotel along with public and private terraces, over the footprint of the previous hotel. The works includes the provision of a link bridge to the existing Pavilion building, including all associated external works, drainage and services.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 77 week contract period.
