Project Dragonfly for Ocado

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender to help our Client to secure this circa £35m Warehouse and office development for Ocado.

The 563,103 sq ft base build scheme consisted of the large warehouse unit with various offices, VMU building, Staff Shop building, external yards, surface car parks, drainage, extensive external services and landscaping.

The separate fit out contract consisted of the complete internal fit out of 60,000 sq ft of internal office space, the installation of circa 400,000 sq ft of multi level internal mezzanine floors, the internal fit out of the warehouse and the installation of an external multi deck car park, fuel facility and vehicle wash.
