Office Redevelopment, 7 Old Park Lane, Mayfair, London W1K

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this £25m office redevelopment project. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ.

The project involves the demolition of the existing top 2 floors of the existing part Victorian part 1970’s office building, a rear extension and the additional construction of 3 new floors via new structural steel frame with Metsec infill slat finish mansard roof.

The complex project included both underpinning and piling in the existing basement to support the increased building loads. Complete waterproof systems to the new floors and wall linings to create lettable basement space.

The building is finished with a very high specification Cat A internal fit out to all floors to provide 68,711 sq. ft. high quality office space.
