Four Seasons Hotel, Hampshire

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this £10m high quality extension and internal refurbishment project at this five star hotel.

The works consisted of a new build restaurant orangery extension with roof terrace, pergola area and extensive hard and soft landscaping externally.

Internally the hotel kitchen was stripped and completely refurbished along with public areas including the reception, toilets, lounge, private dining & bar areas.

In addition, four of the hotels largest suites were stripped and completely refurbished.
The project featured high quality bespoke joinery, marble, plaster finishes and FF&E through-out.
