Censeo Consulting prepared and secured the tender for this circa £7m high quality commercial development in Grosvenor Gardens, London.

The D&B Project included the complete CAT A refurbishment of this seven storey grade two listed building within the Grosvenor gardens conservation area. The works included the installation of a new platform lift to the Grosvenor Gardens entrance, alterations to the rear façade, use of the basement car park as flexible office/event space, creation of rooflights above the first floor terrace level space and alterations to the terrace layout.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 50 week contract period.
