Warwick Castle Hotel. Warwick

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this circa £12m new hotel at Warwick Castle. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.

The project involved the construction of a new themed hotel within the Warwick Castle Estate. The new hotel is to be named ‘The Knight’s Village Hotel’. The hotel will include for guest accommodation to lower ground, ground and first floors with staff welfare at lower ground with a management office at ground floor. The hotel will also include an internal comms room, customer WCs, lifts, retail area and guest check-in. Externally there shall be a roof top plant area and a newly formed service yard area at the rear to facilitate day-to-day hotel operations.

The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 48 week contract period.
