West Drayton Leisure Centre

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender to help our Client to secure this circa £35m new build D&B project for the local authority.

Our sister company Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ.

The project included concrete basement and pool structures with steel frame above, a decorative brickwork and aluminium framed curtain wall façade. There is a 5-a-side football pitch at roof level.

Internally the building boasts a 25m swimming pool, a learner pool and play pool with water flumes and water play equipment. There is a sports hall, gym, sports studios, climbing wall, Soft Play area, changing rooms and café area.

Externally there is a high ropes play zone, cycle parking and a new surface car park on a site across the road the main building.
