Office Redevelopment, 20 Fulham Broadway, London SW6

Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for the £10m office redevelopment project. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ.

The D&B project included stripped existing glazing and facades and complete strip of finishes and services throughout.

Additional to 5 floors via a piled concrete framed extension filling in the triangular space from existing building line to back of pavement along Fulham Broadway.

A new steel framed glass box reception is added to one end of the building along with decorative hard & soft landscape areas outside.

The offices are fully fitted out with new core areas, finishes and services throughout to provide 32,000 sq. ft. of quality office space.
